Trainings and continuous education arrow-white-up

From our former employers we know the requirements to spend a certain number of days annually with training. At the beginning of the year, this always sounded great; however reality proved the combination of said training and project work to be rather difficult. Our approach to this is different. We continuously learn and educate ourselves - preferably together. Thus, we offer courses and certifications in the agile area for the entire team. Practically, we take time for this on 1-2 mornings per week for several weeks and work here, for example, with the Business Agility Academy in Cologne. First learning, then joint discussion. The whole team is involved across seniority levels, with no exceptions. As a result, all of our consultants are Agile-certified today. The rule of thumb is: If it makes sense for our project work or makes us better consultants, then we will do the training. We are open to suggestions - we appeal to your entrepreneurial mindset to make the right suggestion.

Possibilities of international project work.

Because we are often asked about this:There is always the possibility to work on international projects. Our client network spans the globe; in addition to the MEA region, we are particularly well established in Europe (other regions will follow). We deploy our consultants primarily in their home region - also to enable the promised work-life-balance.
However, if you would like to explore other regions at least during the week or even longer and work with international clients on global challenges, we would be happy to make this possible together with you.

Speaking of career stages.

We understand the career stages outlined above to be just that: A sketch. Entry and promotion happen according to experience and performance/learning curve. If it goes faster, we are happy together. If it takes longer, we work together on progress. In your career development, we focus on the "up", not the "out".
As with our client relationships, our focus internally with our colleagues is on longevity, trust, sustainability. For many out there, just buzzwords. With us, this is reality.

The recruiting process.

After screening your CV and understanding your motivation, we invite you to a first meeting - usually virtually for 30 minutes, during which we have the opportunity to get to know each other. It's important for us that you see the process (as we do) as an opportunity to get to know the company. This is followed by 2 - 3 case interviews with different colleagues of different seniority and backgrounds. If the outcome is positive, we will present you with an offer and look forward to welcoming you as part of our team.

We are looking for profiles with personalities, for people who have the desire to be hands on and support one another. People who have the ability of and enjoy communicating openly with customers and colleagues, but who also display the necessary "talk less, do more" attitude at the right moment. We are looking for characters with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to expand. We are a young company with flat hierarchies. We don't know any ingrained structures and processes - that doesn't suit everyone. Do you feel your heart beating when you read these lines? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

My onboarding at Ntsal was characterized by...

integration and cohesion. The open, honest exchange with team members and the leadership team creates an incomparable working environment. The diverse national and international projects ensure a steep learning curve, characterized by broad-based knowledge building and the opportunity to quickly take on responsibility. From Germany to Nigeria - from financial services to renewable energies. Everything is included.

What I remember most is...

the hands-on mentality and guidance of the Leadership Team. Here you also create concepts, ideas and frameworks together with partners. On one hand, you learn from years of experience and expertise, and on the other hand, you learn to appreciate that everyone here works together to get the best out of it.

I am most excited...

to be part of this journey in which you continuously gain new and surpassing experiences.

My first 90 days at Ntsal. What was/is impressive at the work at Ntsal?

One of the first things I noticed about Ntsal is its strong set of values, including a deep commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, supporting one another, and building long-term partnerships with our clients. These values allowed me to ask questions, hypothesize, be creative and above all created a strong sense of belonging. During my first 90 days at Ntsal, I worked with clients in the public and private sector driving complex change and solving challenging problems - problems I would never have thought about otherwise. This high learning curve coupled with the high level of responsibility is one of the things I value most at Ntsal.

What am I looking forward to?

I look forward to Ntsal's Growth Story and My Personal Growth Story. Ntsal's Growth Story: When I first started, we were a young company and we have been growing ever since. I look forward to growing both our team and client base while keeping the same culture that we have. Personal Growth Story: I look forward to diving into new industries, expanding my knowledge horizon, and meeting new people with different academic and professional backgrounds.

My first 90 days at Ntsal were...

My first 90 days at Ntsal were beyond my expectations. From the very first day, I was immediately staffed on a project where I was expected to fully handle tasks on my own, manage and prepare for meetings, and lead discussions with our client's CEO. Throughout the months that followed, I was exposed to a wide range of projects and clients varying from large corporations to start-ups which gave me a deep understanding of how different markets and industries operate in a small period of time. On top of that, the level of exposure and collaboration with our managing partner is definitely a rare find and it drastically accelerated my learning curve. Finally, I was impressed by the flexible environment that appreciates true work life balance and respects the employee's comfort and satisfaction. Thanks to the great team dynamic, we are able to work closely, learn from each other and have fun at the same time!

What are you looking forward to?

I am looking forward to seeing the company grow further and participate in its growth journey. I want to continue learning from the company and enjoy the journey as I have been doing from the start.

My first 90 days at Ntsal

As a former public sector employee, joining Ntsal as a Business Analyst was the right move for me. From my very first month, I attended meetings with C-level executives, which was particularly exciting and insightful as it exposed me to the mindsets of business owners and the key challenges they face. I was also staffed on projects of varying topics in different industries which broadened my horizons further. In my opinion, there are three factors that make Ntsal a unique workplace: An unparalleled sense of ownership and responsibility granted to every employee, regardless of their seniority level, Full dedication to delivering exceptional and consistent quality of work A flexible and relaxed work environment that is uncompromised by our dedication and sense of responsibility.

What am I looking forward to at Ntsal

After one year of work at Ntsal, I am excited to continue developing my technical skillset, expanding my exposure to new industries, and deepening my understanding of private businesses' operations. Above all, I am excited to bear the fruits of my personal development and career progression to accept new challenges, responsibilities, and leadership roles in new projects.

What I remember most is...

How one of our partners canceled last-minute commitments to work with a junior consultant himself for an intense week of work (deadline on Friday) drawing organizational charts, process charts, and target states. Highly hands-on, and he still had a smile on his face at the end.

My first 90 days at Ntsal were characterized by...

a deep impression of how consistently high the quality of the work results were and how independently the, often still junior, colleagues act in the project, but also vis-à-vis the client.

I am most excited...

... about the fact that we have found a strategy consultancy that keeps its word to its clients and employees in terms of both quality standards and workload. In short: to grow with Ntsal for the next decade.
